Since 2013, Harold Lehon has served Naked Kitchen Group as managing partner, in the role of helping hospitality entrepreneurs explore and develop new business ideas and concepts. An experienced business leader, he has served in executive management roles in public and private companies in technology and engineering enterprises, where he defined and led growth-driving strategies. Mr. Lehon has extensive international business experience in start-ups, early stage and mature businesses.

A member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Mr. Lehon received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Clemson University. Beyond his work with Naked Kitchen Group, he has been involved with San Ramon's Carmelita at Gale Ranch Homeowners Association since March 2021. Elected as a board director and treasurer, Mr. Lehon works to support projects that expand and help the community. He is also associated with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, among other organizations in the Bay Area.
